Remodeling, Superbowl, Valentine's Day, etc...

This semester has been absolutely crazy so far, which has kept me from updating the blog (and taking as many pictures) as much as I would like to! But we've been doing some fun stuff too. We started remodeling our bathroom in January. We redid the floor, painted the walls, and refinished the tub and counter. We still need to touch up the counter and tub, we just haven't gotten to it yet. But here is what it looks like before and after (so far).

We have had lots of game nights with friends. One of them was for the Superbowl. Randy was stoked that his favorite team, the 49ers, was playing in the Superbowl this year. (Unfortunately, they lost). We had some friends over, ate some great food, and watched the game!

We also enjoyed a wonderful Valentine's day. We went out to dinner at Olive Garden the night before so we wouldn't have to deal with the V-Day rush. Instead, we enjoyed a relaxing evening at home, gave each other presents and picked up some Coldstone ice cream to eat while we watched "Taken 2." We both took Friday off work as well, and we drove down to pick up my sister Victoria from SUU. It was a lot longer drive down to Cedar than we remembered! But it was fun to see her place and spend time with her. We also got to spend time with both of our families that weekend, which was a lot of fun!

 I got Randy a 49er's shirt for Valentine's because he was sad that he didn't have one for the Superbowl! What a stud! ;-)

That's pretty much all of the eventful stuff we have done this month. This last weekend Randy and I were both sick- no fun. He also had to go into work extra hours! We are very excited though because we have planned a fun trip with Devin and Lisa for next month. Hooray! :-) Well, that's all for now. Thanks for reading!
